Classes can help you stay motivated as you face challenges and connect you to a community of people who are also doing the hard yards to improve their lives. Let’s all help and inspire each other by learning together!
Want to go more in depth? Have you learnt methods 7 to 9 (Tong Yuan, Ling Yuan and Ming Yuan: transforming and uplifting the heart/consciousness patterns)?
Then this is for you! This year I am teaming up with Victoria, another wonderful teacher. My moving qigong class will roll straight into her still Yuan Qigong class from 6:30-7:45pm. We will teach together from 6:15-6:30pm. Please reach out to myself or Victoria at naturallyintune@gmail.com for more details.

Are you new to Yuan Qigong?
Please contact me so we can arrange a short introduction for you prior to the class.
You will be required to fill out a questionnaire regarding your contact details and general health. Additionally, there is an agreement that you will need to read and sign. These documents can be found here. You can complete them online and send them to me via email at trulycominghome@posteo.net. If you are coming to a class in person you can also fill them in person at the studio or print them and bring them to class.

This class was created by the community of Whangarei teachers and is meant to be accessible to all and non for profit. Isabelle is one of the main lead teachers at this class.
